[MilCom] JSTARS RONs at Patrick; taking off now.

At about 2:30pm on Nov 1, JSTARS E-8C "Razor 33" and KC-135 "Sting 51" landed 
at Patrick AFB. They both RONd.  Moments ago, at 10:00am EST on Nov 2, they 
were both read their Patrick AFB round-robin clearance, and are in the process 
of taking off now.
