[MilCom] Military Use in Irqs of FRS/GMRS

CBS "60 Minutes" ran a segment last evening (10/31/04) detailing equipment 
shortages that plagued units in Iraq.  For an Army National Guard unit from 
Oregon there were problems obtaining armament/protection for Humvees's, 
ammunition, and radio communications equipment.  One portion of the report 
showed soldiers in a convoy using Motorola TalkAbouts to communicate with 
one another....
