[MilCom] NAVY JS-237

Curious if anybody heard a NAVY JS-237 at Andrews AFB this morning? He
is currently inbound to Montgomery from the east (120.45>121.2). As is
usual with VR-46 aircraft #161530 he is transmitting an open carrier on
UHF whenever he keys the VHF radio. This morning that UHF freq is 251.05,
which according to the IFR Supp is the ATIS freq at Andrews.
