[MilCom] Longhorn CAP closing?

Sounds like the Longhorn CAP (as they're calling it) is closing.  All
traffic is on 125.650.  Tanker 12 is returning to MacDill AFB cleared
direct Humble.  I couldn't tell of the F-16's were landing at KAUS or
returning to Cannon.  The contacted Austin APP and I thought they were
landing, but then got clearance west.
