I just realized I showed CDT as being UTC-6.  Standard time is, but
daylight savings is UTC-5.

TANKER 12 up on 125.650 over central Texas preparing to refuel.  This is a
Houston Center frequency.

I also have been hearing TRANSPORT 1820 direct to Laredo on the same
frequency.  Anyone know about this one?  Department of Transportation?
