[MilCom] MIL: 13155.0 - AUTO SELL "standing by for traffic"

      13155.0 was active at 1430z with AUTO SELL (or sounds like; 
weak/mostly unreadable) bcsting two 28-character EAMs (ZVHOVJ; ZVYUZR) and 
simulcasting same on 6697.0 (weak/mostly unreadable), 8992.0 (weak/fair) 
and 11244.0 (fair).  He ended his xmsn with a "standing by for traffic" 
statement (x2).
