[MilCom] MIL: 13155.0 - NEON LAMP standing by for traffic

      6697.0 was active at 2307z with NEON LAMP (good/strong levels here) 
bcsting 4EN5VF and simulcasting same on 8992.0 (good/strong), 11244.0 
(good/strong) and 13155.0 (good).  He ended his xmsn with the "standing by 
for traffic" statement (x2).

      6697.0 was active at 2330z with NEON LAMP (good) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (ZVFN3N) and simulcasting same on 8992.0 (good), 11244.0 
(good) and 13155.0 (good.)

      13155.0 was active at 2337z with NEON LAMP (good) bcsting ZVFN3N and 
simulcasting same on at least 11244.0 (fair/good) and 8992.0 (good) with 
nothing heard on 6697.0.  H+07/h+37 activity.
