Thanks for all the info everyone has given me on the Blimbs on the 
Keys.  As un update, when I was driving past them Wednesday evening both 
blimbs were flying, one was low, about 2500' while the other was high, 
about 10,000' or more.

Next, does anyone have the freqs of the TV and radio broadcasts sent out by 
these blimbs, would be interested to hear what we're telling the Cubans....
