[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - LAST DATE

      8992.0 was active at 1919z with LAST DATE (good levels here; 400 Hz 
harmonics on audio; suspected NAOC) working OFFUTT (good/fair) for a phone 
patch to a common DSN 939 number for a quick hi 'n bye connectivity check 
and out.  OFFUTT asked if LAST DATE could participate in a survey (tail 
number and general location).  LAST DATE advised "no", that all he could 
reveal was that he was "HEAVY" and that's it.
