During the 0400Z hour, ATC was looking for an AMTRAN flight in
KC-KIRKSVILLE area.  Said flight responded to ATC on 127.125 which is
paired w/ 360.850.  One of those pair of freqs which is NOT LISTED in
any documentation that I have seen, much in the same manner as 133.925
is paired w/ 296.600.
