The WBFM signals with the SSB subcarriers is the UHF C3 comm network for the
NCA (National Command Authority)
This network is referred to as the Northstar Network
The SSB subcarriers are referred to as Combat Ciders
Are you certain about spread spectrum as opposed to Have Quick freq hopping?
I am always interested in the NCA Comms
