CAESAR 21 said he'll stay on station and go up for gas (7000 pounds) after 22 is clear.
 
Houston Center has been diverting civilian aircraft around the Lafayette Low ARTCC sector (338.25). Not sure if this is for the CAP or refueling op. 
 
CAESAR 22 req blocks 21-23 at flt level 210 for SAINTS. He was also calling Ops on Quad 3 (333.3) no joy. 21 advised 122nd Ops is 299.5. Card has right freq, a/c push was programmed wrong. 299.5 is not in his pre-sets. 21 advised ops and CAESAR 22 on WATCH DOG OPS (358.2) he is unable to refuel due to probe problem. 
 
*Man, would I like to get hold of one of those cards!!
