[MilCom] CAP

The CAP was up over Dubya's ranch all weekend, more active than it has
been recently. They were on alert from Ft Hood for the last few viaits.
Maybe Dubya started reading the reports about places other than Iraq or
Conde heard some rumor of Dick Clark taking flying lessons. :)

Weather was poor so fewer weekend flyers but all in all it was pretty dull.
F-16s mostly from Canon, tankers mostly from north and east. Better comms
and co-ordination than before, must be getting the hang of this.

Usual traffic with AF-1, E1F, REACH ###, etc. All quiet again now.
