[MilCom] MIL: 6697.0 - CARPET BAG and REBELLION

      11244.0 was active at 0238z with an unknown player (missed id) 
bcsting a unknown EAM.

      6697.0 was active at 0249z with REBELLION (weak/often unreadable 
levels here) bcsting an unknown EAM (too weak to follow) and simulcasting 
same on at least 8992.0 (weak/barely readable) with nothing heard on 
13155.0 or 11244.0. She ended her xmsn with the "standing by for traffic" 
statement.  Also active at 0315z and heard on 6697.0, 8992.0 (mostly 
unheard), 11244.0 (weak/unreadable) and 13155.0 
(weak/unreadable).  H+14/h+44 activity.  Suspected TACAMO PAC.

      6697.0 was active at 0307z with CARPET BAG (weak/readable) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (VWLE2N) and simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 
(weak/barely readable.  H+07/h+37 activity.  Suspected TACAMO LANT.  Did 
not use the standing by for traffic statement.
