BRACE 01 (F/A-18, Probable VFC-12, Oceana) 370.875, lands Dobbins (Declared 
an IFE due to unsafe landing gear, Circled the base for about 30mins to burn 
off fuel. Then came in and caught the cable and landed safely, aircraft had to 
be towed to ramp. Safety Comms on 173.5875 & 165.1125) (Had what resembled a 
half moon on tail, I think I remember VFC-12 carrying that marking.)

PS. I've started listing zulu time as 5hrs ahead instead of 4, I thought once 
summer begins it changes to 5, Dobbins is still using 4hr difference though.
