[MilCom] 7332.0 - EAM traffic

      As reported on WUN by Jack Metcalfe 7332.0 is active with EAM traffic 
from an apparent trigraph (weak/often unreadable here in the het from CHU 
and digital bursts.)  Active at 1300z with W3DZAG.

      Other old USN HICOM freqs might become active with trigraph EAM 
traffic as well.
