      6697.0 was active at 0317z, 0337z and 0407z with COMMENCE (or sounds 
like; weak/barely readable) bcsting a 28-character EAM (4ULMCP) and 
simulcasting same on at least 8992.0 (weak/readable) and 11244.0 (weak to 
unheard levels) with nothing heard on 13155.0.  H+07/h+37 activity.

      The same freqs were active at 0417z with COMMENCE (or sounds like) 
bcsting another 28-character EAM (4UT3XM).
