[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0 - OVERHANG; DIXIE 21

      13155.0 was active at 2306z with unknown player (missed id; maybe 
OVERHANG; weak/readable levels here) bcsting a 20-character EAM (CQKPKA 
maybe) and simulcasting same on at least 11244.0 (good) and 8992.0 (good) 
with nothing heard on 6697.0.

      8992.0 was active at 2324z with DIXIE 21 (fair/good but fading to 
weak/barely readable) working LAJES (weak/mostly unheard) for "latest EAM 
traffic". One preamble was passed (too weak to copy but maybe CQKPKA or 
another preamble with K as the 5th character).  DIXIE 21 then passed "ops 
normal" and gone.

      8992.0 was active at 2330z with OVERHANG (good) bcsting a 
28-character EAM (4U4E5H) and simulcasting same on at least 11244.0 (good) 
and 13155.0 (weak/readable) with nothing heard on 6697.0.
