[MilCom] SAR mission for raft near Haiti - 8983.0 kHz USB

     Immediately after CG 1706 (C-130H, Clearwater CGAS) completed several 
approaches at Patrick AFB and as he was returning to Homeplate, he was diverted 
to a SAR site by CAMSLANT on 8983 kHz USB.  Time was 11:03am EDT (1503z).  I 
had just sent several of you the pic I took of him moments earlier.
     The SAR site is at 22-51.789 North, 77-09.750 West.  That location is 
north of Haiti.  The object of the SAR is a migrant raft.
