[MilCom] 9595.0 DARKSTAR

[MJ Cleary]

That same aircraft (E30005) was using callsign METRIC yesterday and was up
on what they called HF Channel 1 9145 kHz with AWACS OPS. They were
operating off the coast of SC and also up on 303.100 MHz.
