It has been mentioned that Mather field (formally Mather AFB) in 
Sacramento would see increased activity due to the closure and 
construction on runway 21L/03R @ Travis AFB.
I have been out of town so as of yet I am uncertain that anything 
has changed. Unrelated I just heard PINON 95 on 255.400 requesting 
runway information for Mather (very odd) he was currently 55 miles 
SE of Fresno.

             was advised by SOF to declare an IFE and RTB
259.100 PINON 94 advised KZOA of IFE passing 16K
119.100 Coast Guard 1704 C-130H out of McClellan for 3K, will remain 
local
