The thrust of the law has always mainly related to divulging the contents of 
or existence of specific comms. A number of years ago the feds hassled the 
RCMA for publishing "sensitive" freqs in their newsletter. They never bothered 
me, though I had also published fed and mil freqs. These days, they be far more 
touchy about some fed or mil freqs being disseminated.
