[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - IMPORTANT with AKAC 369 message

      11244.0 was active at 1737z with IMPORTANT (or sounds like; 
weak/barely readable) bcsting an AKAC 369 message of 2 groups (M56 SBC 
maybe) (x2) and gone.  Probably also on 8992.0, 6697.0 and 13155.0 but no 
time to check (and too weak to hear.)
