Well it looks like we have finally nailed down the three new BA
frequencies, and many, many thanks to a special Milcom monitoring team
at Peoria last weekend. I tip my hat to them for a great job and then
getting back to us on what they heard.
265.000 Diamond/Delta
237.800 Solo aircraft
And a drum roll please...
305.500 Fat Albert w/ Comm Cart
It was also noted that 163.000 was used for ground maint & cockpit
checks before the show; BA observer in control tower to Comm Cart, etc.
Possibly brief traffic on 238.15, 251.600, but definitely NOT confirmed.
And NOTHING heard on any of the old standby Angels freqs, including the
164.9, 168.9, 170.9 stuff.
I will have some additional details on our airshow webpage sometime
early next week when I get the webstaff back in the office. You can get
more detailed info by going to http://www.grove-ent.com/ and clicking on
the "Annual MT Airshow Spectacular" link.
As always, if anyone does monitoring at any of the shows, we would
appreciate any updates or just confirming what we have in place. It
really helps us keep the airshow page on the website up-to-date and
helps the monitor community at large monitor some fantastic
communications.
