[MilCom] Election Day CAP flights?

Okay, this is 98 days away (and CANNOT come soon enough... I'm sick of the
politicking).  Does anyone know if there will be CAP flights up on
Election Day?  Has the government announced anything?

I'm assuming President Bush will be here in Austin (probably will spend
the day in Crawford, will vote, then Marine One it down here).  I'm
guessing Boston will see the same for Kerry.  But what about other cities?
