fading; decreasing "whine" on his audio) bcsting a 28-character EAM 
(7D3IU7) preceding OFFUTT's 1907z HFGCS bcst of same, and simulcasting same 
on 8992.0 (weak/fair), 6697.0 (weak) and 13155.0 (weak).

      The same freqs were active at 1925z with same.  H+25/h+55 activity.
