Been hearing slow-scan TV on 149.540 in the Providence,RI area. I'm not home so I can't decode it. Don't know if its connected to the Tall Ships being in Newport, RI this weekend. If anybody does decode this please post the pics. Oh, the time is 1110hrs local and its still going. thanks, Gil
