[MilCom] RE: MILCOM -- Black Mountain

Isn't Black Mountain one of those more-or-less secret facilities up in
Maryland/Pennsylvania where it is supposed there are huge facilities for
some unknown purpose -- most likely major re-location site if/when Wash.
D.C. becomes 'untenable?'  There are 'hotel' type facilities in other places
but this one is probably related to East Coast Command and Control, or maybe
legislative functions.  They don't talk a lot about it.  I dunno -- maybe
Billy B. or Steve can fill in some details.  Vic
