[MilCom] Are Radio Hobbyists Being Added To Big Brother's List?

Recently I read a story in "Newsweek" that throughout the country when
police respond to suspicious activity (see AFOSI's "Eagle Eyes" program
http://public.afosi.amc.af.mil/eagle/index.asp  as an example) they are now
inputing information into a nationwide homeland security data base, which
apparently flags certain people, etc...   I was in a waiting room and got
called for my appointment, so I didn't get to finish reading the entire
article....     Anyone got specifics on this???
