This was JAPAT 23. I heard his comms during which he spelled his callsign.  
It seems that the T-6As have shifted their callsign from JPATS (Joint Primary 
Aircraft Trainer System) to JAPAT, perhaps so as not to be confused with the US 
Army OSACOM UC-35 callsign JPAT ### which means Jet Priority Air Transport.
