[MilCom] MIL: 11244.0 - KEY RING

      11244.0 was active at 0337z with KEY RING (fair/weak levels here with 
qsb on signal) bcsting a 28-character EAM (DRRSZF) and simulcasting same on 
at least 6697.0 (weak/readable) and 8992.0 (weak/fair) with nothing heard 
on 13155.0.  H+07/h+37 activity.
