[MilCom] Astra 01 flight Indian Air Force in North America

Astra 01  IL-78 a/a refueller land with Jaguars at 16:30 Z Edmonton. Indian 
Air Force in North America for inter-operability operations.

I am starting to think the Astra Call-sign is reserved for block operations 
in the Northwest portion of North America.

The IL-78 is in NATO grey and sort of looks like a funny dressed up C-141.
