[MilCom] Travis then Hawaii

At 031727Z Jul 04 on 321.0 had what sounded like REACH-0819 asking SHOCKER
CONTROL if they had notified TRAVIS AFB of 0819's take-off time so that the
medical equipment would be ready to be loaded when they arrived there and
that they were then going to HAWAII w/ 2 paxs as well.
