Sounds like SPAD to me. He's been using the SPAD 79 callsign since I first
heard him on Monday. One possibility is that 79 is the last 2 digits of his
tail #. Going that route we have:
63-7879 37th AS, Ramstein AB (doubtful)
74-1679 40th AS, Dyess AFB
79-0479 192nd AS, Reno NV
Noteworthy is that he reports inbound to Hurlburt CP on 140.4 using their
reporting format which uses code words for either the position or maint
status (haven't determined which it is). Also last night he reported
inbound to Dobbins on 372.2 with the AF band.

353.5 has 2 possibilities for our area: the Jacksonville ARTCC sector at
Dothan AL or the Memphis ARTCC sector at Shelbyville TN. Since 299.2 is the
Atlanta ARTCC sector at Chattanooga I'd say you heard him in TN.
