[MilCom] July 4th Weekend Flyovers

According to the NOTAMs, here are the jump times (EDT) for the Leap Frogs:
         2 July 1145-1215    3 July 1800-1830    4 July 1235-1305
Also this past week one of the ROGUE F-15s from Robins AFB requested a
deviation from his test flight so he could check out a July 4th flyover
site.
