[MilCom] MCAS Beaufort

The stand-down at MCAS Beaufort in response to the
recent crashes involving squadrons from the base is 
apparently over.  VMFA(AW)-224 and VMFA(AW)-
533 are both active this morning.  VMFA-142 is also
working out of Beaufort this morning, although one has
just RTB'd to Dobbins due to an engine problem.
