Perhaps Jeff H could comment, but overall has there been a decrease in HF 
EAM type broadcasts over the years or has it been fairly constant?

It would seem that basically all of this is "for not" since there is no 
immediate missile launch capability anymore...

Or are EAM's not only for Strategic Command forces but other more tactical 
and/or special forces also??
