Thanks for the reference.  They must be manufacturing a special radio to 
cover the 380-430 mhz band.. What the specifications show on the web page is 
256 channel capabilities...  Wonder if they will have the normal ISR freqs 
as well as many more that will be standard.  e.g. will there be repeater 
capable channels right off the shelf...

Also I thought initially the "Soldier's" radios started out as being 
manufactured for the 138-148 mhz band.. Is this a change??
