[MilCom] Cosmic CAP up

This evening (12/28), I monitored Cosmic 45 and Cosmic 46 up on a CAP flight.
They were initially conversing on 138.125 and spent time going over aerial
combat techniques.  Cosmic 45 led Cosmic 46 through some scenarios.  After
about 30 minutes of picking them up, we all started getting some interference
and Cosmic 45 advised 46 to go Push Victor 16, 138.425.  They remained on
138.425 doing some more training scenarios and then just doing their thing,
flying around up there.  Eventually, 45 switched back to 138.125 and spoke with
??? (maybe Cosmic CP?) about their time remaining. 

They must have been working over Philadelphia tonight because they were loud
and clear on my handheld, full quieting to the point that the first time I
picked one of them up, I thought somebody was standing in the next room
talking.

I also picked up some comms on 138.300 (AM) which I have listed as a PA ANG
tactical channel (probably some A-10s from Willow Grove?).

I'm just now starting to get the hang of monitoring milcoms (lots of stuff to
learn such as military units, aircraft, military command and control, base
locations, etc).
