[MilCom] Pop'Comm Columnist Wiretap Retraction??

Hmm, well Steve Douglass "sort of" comes clean with his phone wiretap 
allegation in one of his previous columns for his Crawford TX presidential 
story...

The reason I say 'sort of' is that he now thinks that "maybe" the a 
non-professional tapped into a female's telephone line in his apartment 
complex (and I guess SD just got the "static" on his phone line)...

He doesn't think that his presidential story on Crawford really got much 
notice except from monitoring hobbyists....

BTW Steve is also looking for monitoring logs and appears to be dismayed 
that more hobbyists aren't submitting loggings to him.  UTE type SSB HF 
(military as well as civilian related) and MILCOM (VHF/UHF loggings)... He 
doesn't mention about other federal comm type logs -- perhaps for concern 
that he will become a monitoring target!!!

So perhaps some hobbyists on the lists will consider giving him some 
additional factual logging information.
