      8992.0 was active at 1833z and 1903z with AVAILABLE (good levels 
here) bcsting a 28-character EAM (7G5SCN) with nothing heard on 6697.0, 
13155.0 or 11244.0 (or any other checked HF freq.)  Apparent h+03/h+33 
activity (post 01 Oct 04 changes.)
