[MilCom] Atlas V Launch comms beginning

It is 2:40am EST (0740z).
I am hearing comms related to the Atlas V launch set to take place in a 
couple of hours from Cape Canaveral AFS.
So far the freqs that have had comms are: 383.0 (Patrick CP with JOLLY 1 
flight), 393.0 (CCAFS Twr), 141.3 (CCAFS ETR RSO), and 294.6 (CCAFS Support, RSO). 
 There have also been the usual transmissions on USCG freqs warning of the 
launch hazard area.
