[MilCom] BOLT 33 to attempt an IFE landing at MacDill

It is 5:58pm EST.
MacDill KC-135 tanker "BOLT 33" has a serious problem. Has been in comms with 
Lightning Ops on 311.0 describing an engine problem and how two pilots are 
planning on manipulating the controls to make the landing.
Landing is about an hour away tho; they are attempting to determine if there 
is something they can do to improve the situation.
