[MilCom] BibWig travelling ??

All,

There might be a US BigWig travelling around to/from probably Europe. This 
afternoon I've seen Scope Command stations at Keflavik, Croughton and Lajes 
sounding on the State Dept net on 6902.6; 11168.6 and 20810.6.

I'm thinking these guys are sounding on this net as a back up or contingency 
for some travelling BigWig.
