[MilCom] Interesting Contract Info

I would like more info on the System that they are getting at Ft. Carson and 
Pinon Canyon. I know they just constructed a 400 plus tower on the pinon 
canyon range. they also put cellular one on it which was good because our 
cell service sucked out there let me know anything ex: Frequencies or type 
of radios/system they are going to be using.
