At 1751z I heard an Unid acft on 282.425 in comms with 
Hammer concerning this boat taking on water. The acft
reported USCG on scene and asked Hammer "Was the boat a
Lone Ranger, or did he have a Tonto?"  The acft then
was sent to the West End of Bimini to search for another
vessel and requested that Jackpot be informed.
