[MilCom] ALE on 11175

[Larry Van Horn]

Anybody who has listened to 11175 the last few days knows that someone
has been ALE sounding (a definite no-no) on that freq.
In case, you hadn't checked the sounder is "PANTHR." Interesting huh!
