[MilCom] Software for IC-R10

At present I am using the IC-R10 cloning software (IC-R10
Programer) for loading my radio with it's 1,000 channels.
However this software is very very inefficient and time
consuming to use.  It is not a 32 bit software, it does not
support long filenames, it does not support cut/copy or
paste.  It is, in short, useless.

Is there any other good software out there for this radio??
I am willing to pay for a decent software.  Thanks for any
help in this matter.
