Brad,

Sorry can't help you on your unid net.  Calls look like Chilean Navy but they 
normally use LSB rather than USB.

The  Venezuelan Army net you copied is actually an operational net.  When 
they use the "M" designator on the end of their identifiers they are in a mobile 
(movil in Spanish) mode. That usually means they are deploying, positioning 
themselves out of their normal areas.  They usually do this when they are 
reacting to civil disturbances, unrest, demonstrations, etc.  

Things have been "fluid" shall we say in Venezuela for the last 3-4 months.
