08980.0 NOJ (USCG COMSTA Kodiak AK): 0221 USB/ALE TO J12 (USCG HH-60J #6012 
CGAS Kodiak). 

07527.0 F41 (USCG HU-25 #2141 CGAS Cape Cod): 1317 USB/ALE TO LNT (Camslant) 
then in voice reports departure from CGAS Cape Cod w/6 POB for local training 
flight. Camslant sets COTHEN as primary comms w/8 MHz (8983) as secondary 
comms. 

08912.0 J11 (id as USCG HH-60J #6011 homeplate A&RSC Elizabeth City):  2148 
USB/ALE TO LNT (Camslant) then reporting airborne from Charlotte/Concord NC 
enroute w/3 POB to NAS Patuxent River.              

2. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP): 

15867.0 WST (CBP Regional Communications Node (West): 0004 USB/ALE TO I75 
(CBP CESSNA 550 #N6775C). ALE followed by encrypted speech. In clear voice Hammer 
(Customs Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC), March AFB, Riverside, CA) 
w/75C trying to ascertain if 75C had voice comms with PGR (Procuraduria General 
de la República (Mexican attorney general, PGR)  helo. 75C (not heard) 
advises Hammer that the King Air and PGR helo had comms. CBP aircraft I3L (CBP 
CESSNA 550 #N6763L) also in ALE and also involved in the same operation. The use of 
the West communications node and Hammer as controller indicates the operation 
is taking place in the southwestern US or northern Mexico.  

10242.0 I3L (CBP CESSNA 550 #N6763L): 0054 USB/ALE TO WST then in clear voice 
w/Hammer. Hammer asks 63 Lima if they have comms with the King Air. 63 Lima 
says they had comms a while ago and advised Hammer that they have about 1/2 
hour left. 

10242.0 TSC (CBP Service Center): 1323 USB/ALE TO CS5 (COTHEN Remote 
Wilmington, NC). Also noted in voice testing.

13907.0 COE (possibly US Army Corps of Engineers): 1325 USB/ALE TO TSC (CBP 
Service Center). 

08912.0 STR (unidentified): 1328 USB/ALE TO TSC (CBP Service Center). Also 
noted on 10242.0; 11494.0; 13907.0; 15867.0; & 20890.0. 

VHF/UHF:

282.425- Thor (Washington DC area CBP controller) in voice checks on Blue 1
165.4625 (PL 100.0)- Container inspection operations- Port of Baltimore MD.  
165.2375 (PL 100.0)- CBP Sector Baltimore- radio checks w/1India920 &
